Love Kraken pool service! They made our summer totally enjoyable. No more fights over chemicals being right, water being cloudy. I was frustrated, we have NO trees in our yard yet our neighbors trees dropped all their leaves in our pool. I was beginning to hate them (the neighbors) until Kraken came along. Kraken cleans the surface - vacuums the bottom checks water levels and all the equipment. They know my pool and make changes each week as needed. And then they give me a detailed report each week. Brett does such a good job. You really see the care he puts into his work and is responsive, honest, and hard working. My parent’s pool isn’t the easiest thing to deal with but he keeps me up to date on all that he does and the status of the pool. He’s thorough in his work and his weekly reports and he knows his stuff. I’d recommend him 10 out of 10 times. My pool was turning green and I could not get it under control. I had a couple of companies come by and they all charged me $700+!! He also will never charge you or do a service to your pool without asking you if it's ok first. We recently hired Brett/Kraken Pool Cleaning to service our pool. We researched several local service companies and decided on Kraken. So glad we did! From the start Brett has been very thorough with his analysis of the health of the pool. Initially we had an issue with some acid level being too high and with Brett's help, it has now stabilized. We especially like that he sends an update (with a picture of the pool) after each service that provides what he did along with the various chemical levels of the pool. Brett is very knowledgeable, easy going and easy to work with. We've been very happy with his service!
