Regular Weekly Schedule: Consistent weekly appointments & clients. We clean the same pools every week, once per week. We work during the day between Monday-Friday.
Upward Mobility: As the company grows there are opportunities to move into new roles such as Repair Technician, Management, Operations, etc.
Training: We want to make sure you are set up for success starting Day 1. You’ll work your route with an experienced Pool Service Technician so you know how to clean every pool before going out on your own. Paid training.

Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Removing debris from pools, balancing the chemicals, and managing the customer relationship.
- Skimming, vacuuming, and brushing swimming pools
- Monitors, handles, and installs all chemicals for swimming pools. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for safe handling of chemicals
- Communicate pool status with homeowners in both written and verbal formOther duties as assigned
Requirements
- No experience needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A driving record which meets our insurance requirements
- Meet physical requirements of the job
Ability To:
- Show up on timeDrive safelyRead, write, and speak English sufficiently to successfully perform required duties such as communicating with clients
- Safely use and operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in pool cleaning and maintenance
- Perform basic mathematical computations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Physical DemandsLifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling object(s) weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Reaching overhead, horizontally and above the shoulders.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of specialized tools and equipment
- Continuous hand-eye coordination and manipulation of large and small objects.
